(1) The District Committee under Section 23 of the Act shall have the following chairman and members:-

(a) Chief District Officer Chairman
(b) District Attorney, Member of District Public Prosecutor's Office
(c) Chief Member of the District Police Office
(d) Three women members nominated by the chief district officer on the basis of inclusion principle from among the persons or organizations working in the district in the field of anti-trafficking and human trafficking
(e) Representative, Nepal Journalist Federation District Working Committee Member
(f) Women Development Officer Member-Secretary
(2) The chairman of the district development committee will be an invited member in the district committee.
